Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags and lace uncut).

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following

Custom or coloured wigs

Wigs that have been worn, brushed, dyed, bleached, cut, or styled

Bundles, closures, or frontals that have been installed or tampered with

Any item marked "Final Sale"
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service as we are not liable for lost or untracked returns.
