Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags and lace uncut).

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of your return request approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following

  • Custom or coloured wigs

  • Wigs that have been worn, brushed, dyed, bleached, cut, or styled

  • Bundles, closures, or frontals that have been installed or tampered with

  • Any item marked "Final Sale"

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will:

  • Investigate your issue

  • Offer a replacement or refund if the item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturer or vendor issue

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked, signed-for service as we are not liable for lost or untracked returns.
